Pursuing updated protection against COVID-19
As viruses continue to change, vaccines must be updated.
This clinical trial will help us learn if an updated COVID-19 vaccine is safe, and if it can help the immune system defend against new variants of the virus in healthy adults who do not have risk factors for severe COVID-19.
This clinical trial is enrolling healthy adults who:
- Are [50 to 64] years of age
- Have not tested positive for COVID-19 or received a COVID-19 vaccine within the last 3 months
- Do not have a medical condition that increases the risk of severe COVID-19 such as diabetes, cancer, obesity, chronic kidney disease, COPD, depression, etc.
There are other requirements that the study team will discuss with you.
What to expect:
- Participation lasts for at least [6] months and includes at least [4] study visits (some visits may be conducted by telephone).
- The study vaccine and study-related procedures will be provided at no cost. You may be paid for completing on-site study visits.
